The repair Technician, Miguel Vargas, responded to my call for water heater repair on a Sunday and was able to get the water heater functioning in the interim period while the part that needed to be replaced was on order. They turned this around in 24 hours and my water heater was fully repaired.

Miguel was friendly and explained the issue fully to me. The pricing was fair and the work was done expeditiously. I would highly recommend him and All-4Climates, for Heating, Cooling and Water Heater issues.

Excellent NGas Water Heater Installation Service!

I recently had a new water heater installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician (Oscar) arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation efficiently. The work was clean, professional, and done with great attention to detail.
He made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving and even gave helpful tips on maintenance and safety. The pricing was fair, and the whole process was stress-free from start to finish.
I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and professional water heater installation! Kudos!

Alex was super professional and was easy to communicate with over chat. Our water heater went out and started leaking non stop in our basement and Alex came on a Sunday, picked up our new water heater and installed and hauled away our old heater within the promised 2h window. He saved our weekend and lifted a huge stress off us. Will definitely recommend Alex and his crew for any hvac/plumbing repair jobs.

Hi,
The guys came right on time. Evaluated the water heater location. Then they began the work. Very professional work and installation of new water heater was smoothly done. They hauled away old one with plastic bag at bottom because it was leaking. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house neat and clean. Thank you so much for a job done well. Would use them again.

Toby was very helpful in trying to talk me through relighting my hot water heater. After trying everything possible, He determined that we needed a new one. We knew about a year ago ours didn't have much life left. Toby was very patient with me and answered every question I had. He came the next morning and installed our new hot water heater very quickly. I got three quotes for this job and his was the best. Highly recommend Pro Tech Designs.

Albert did a great job on the repair of our water heater. He came out the same day to change the pilot but quickly informed us that there was another part that needed to be replaced. He took the initiative to contact the manufacturer directly by phone and ordered the second part for me. When I received the part Albert came back a second time to complete the job. He worked quickly and cleaned up his work area well. We were without hot water for 6 days but we were thankful to find a good plumber that could get the job done.

Albert was very helpful offered to come out promptly and when I explained to him what was going on he offered to walk me through troubleshooting my problem and ultimately how to relight the pilot on my water heater. He could have come out and charged me but he’s was honest and super helpful. I will be calling him anytime I have a heating or AC problem.

Phil was the best. He was very easy to communicate with. He responds very quickly and showed up when he said he would. Phil works efficiently and is very professional. Phil installed a new water heater for me at a very reasonable price. It is very difficult to find a plumber that does a great job and doesnt cost a fortune. I would definitely hire Phil again for any future plumbing needs. All around a great guy.
