I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!

Jessy was amazing! She helped my wife relax and stretch some tender muscles (back and calf)! She has that special ability to just let her personality take you on a ride because she truly loves what she does and leaves you feeling better afterward! I'd recommend her to anyone!

Trayci's teaching is energetic and thoughtful. Always quick with humor and relating the yogic endeavour to real life situations, her practice is diverse and always fresh. Good music. Good vibes. Good feelings- before, during and after! She always mixes her mystique with a unique set of sequencing.

I have taken classes from my yoga guru (Deepika Meka) for Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. I learnt this powerful way to practice yoga and transform my body, mind and soul. She is very friendly, great yoga teacher who focus on proper alignment and core yoga philosophies. Most important thing is yoga course is designed for individual as well as for a group, so there is something here for everyone. It's economic, worth spending on ourselves and it is an amazing experience :)

I enjoyed the experience that Kim brought to the session, being able to make adjustments to make the poses safe since I am very inflexible and apprehensive about my physical limitations. She instilled confidence in my concerns and was very knowledgable about questions I had. I am now taking her suggestions and building my own routine. I will go back to her after I get the basics down and seek her guidance to move forward in my yoga journey. I would recommend it to all levels, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Thanks Kim!

Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste

My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired. In addition to being a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Dr. Sylvia has vast knowledge and expertise in the medical field as an Environmental Epidemiologist and Public Health Professional. She has the ability to treat a person holistically while helping them discover how their environment may be affecting their health issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington as a Nautropathic Doctor for Lymphatic Wellness.
