Kim Winston is by far one of the best yoga instructors I have had in my six years of taking classes. She has a nice style of teaching and does her homework by making the classes unique. I was so impressed with Caitlin's ability to be calm and professional but also how fun she made everything! She has a nice balance of faster paced exercises like sun salutations to get your heart rate up and then strengthening poses leading into relaxation techniques. She really listened to my needs and concerns for certain sensitive parts of my body that I'm afraid to re-injure but also pushed me to go further than I thought I could. Her entire vibe made me feel comfortable immediately which is a rare quality to posess. I will definitely be taking more classes from her in the future! Namaste!
