Backyard fence, around 200 feet total. Very responsive, hard working.
Did a great job! Good quality work. Friendly workers. Fence looks awesome.
Curtis did great work repairing out wrought iron fence. The price was also much less than others we checked with. 5 Stars / Thanks Curtis! - JC
Ricardo was very responsive and professional. He got my fence job done well, I will definitely use him in the future.
Alex did a spectacular job on our fence project. He installed two aluminum posts for our fence with a gate operator, and he moved / reconfigured plan existing aluminum fence. Once contacted, he came out, assessed the job and gave us a fair bid. He is highly experienced and proposes practical solutions, including reusing material when applicable. He completed our job in a timely manner and within budget. We are extremely happy with the result and would not hesitate to use Alex again in the future.
Walt was very good at listening to my needs and taking the project to completion. He worked very quickly and built a solid deck fence for me at a reasonable price.
Fence install went very smooth. Fast service.
Jerry was awesome to work with and very patient. We had a wood fence that was falling down and rotting and we went with the white privacy fence! The new fence looks fantastic!!
Derrick was on time, ready to work and did a great job installing a privacy fence panel. We would hire him again
These guys were beyond awesome. Friendly, dilligent. Very attentive to detail. Fairly-priced. They helped us refinish our intricate, rusty fence and clean our filthy concrete. I get the feeling they can do a lot more than that too. Highly recommend them. Rob and his team are great!
Needed to replace a old chain link fence on my property. While Google-ing, I ran across this site and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I took the plunge and gave Mr. Lee Johnson my business. He was courteous, punctual and efficient. I can't leave out fast. I will be using him to complete my yard in the future and I will certainly tell my friends/family about his great work. He cleaned up and hauled away the old fence for me. Thank you Thumbtack for having this site and thank you Lee for all of your great work. P.S. my neighbor approached him while he was completing my fence and seen that he was doing a great job and wanted to use him herself.
Jose does great work at a great price.
I would definitely hire Ms. Connley and crew again. I highly recommend the junk removal/hauling service of Reed N Connley. We needed to dispose of a broken hot tub that we were cutting up, along with a bunch of other construction and household waste (metal, plastic, broken tools, fence wire). We thought we could fit it all in one Bagster ($219 cost for our location) but we ended up needing 2, which would have cost $399 total. See pic of waste pile. So I looked on the What's Happening in Batavia Facebook page and saw Reed N Connley had been recommended. I checked the firm's FB page, and it said to text a pic for a quote. So I did, on Saturday at 5 pm. Got a response in minutes!!! Conley said they'd take it all away for $295, saving me $100. They texted with me on Sunday (as we were still dismantling the hot tub) and settled on a scheduled pick-up for 12:30 pm the next day, Monday. They texted when they were able to come early. The driver and her assistant had the junk all loaded on their truck and were gone by 12:15. I don't see how you can beat that for responsiveness, speed, and overall value! They even dumped the dirt and foam bits (from the hot tub guts, which are very messy) from the Bagster into their truck and put the Bagster in my garage so I could use it some other time (it cost $30 at Home Depot). And they even tried to pick up the remaining inevitable foam bits on the gravel drive and lawn, but I said, just leave it, I would get that with the rake later. I would work with Ms. Conley and crew again any time. This review is my own honest opinion. I am not personally acquainted with anyone who works for this business and I received no bribe to write this.
Eight years after my custom wood fence was installed, I found myself having to tie one of the fence posts to the tree in my backyard to prevent the fence from falling/flying away the next time a strong wind came along. Since the fence was originally custom built onsite, I knew that a cheap, store purchased fence fix was not going to maintain the existing aesthetic. Earl, at Chicago Wood Care Company, reached out to me directly conveying an genuine shared appreciation for wood as a material and the importance of its handling, characteristics, and aesthetic. Extremely accommodating, Earl was able to come out to the house early one morning before I left for work to view the fence and assess the problem. Earl immediately expressed a course of remedy and his confidence in himself to execute the repair. A quote arrived via email from Earl and a date was set to begin the work. Friendly, eager, honest, reliable, skilled/talented and trustworthy speaks to Earls person. The level of Earls workmanship is measurable by that of the highest standard. Earl was able to do the work without my having to be at home. This was very important to me. My fence never stood so straight and level as it now does. A recent high wind forecast didnt give me a moment of worry. I thought Earls quote was fare albeit not the cheapest. This was just one of those things you need to pay a little bit more for to get the job done right while extending the life of a fence that will one day need to be replaced altogether.
Fence Tech worked well with me and did everything that I needed. They were very professional, cleaned up everything after they finished and it is all seamless with the other fencing that was already on the property. Good job, I would hire them again.
