- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Standard pricing is $40/ 1hr session. I also do package deals (you get free sessions), program discounts (for joining 12wk activities) & random promos (as low as $20/ 1 hr sessions) alllllll the time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your first 1hr session is still a workout! its just a "fitness assessment". Not a test. You cannot fail. It is for me to see where you are at physically and mentally! And i set your ExRx then and there. If you like we do measurements. I give you informational packets on health, hydration, and individual bmi/hr/weightloss etc... By the end of said assessment you will have done a full body workout including 3min cardio steptest, planking and wall sit holds, push up/ pull up/ crunch reps, and figured out range of motion and flexibility. May include other techniques depending on your wants and needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I currently have my personal trainers certificate thru Ace and WITS. Current in first aid cpr aed &oxygen for infant child adult. I am Silver Sneaker certified thru Healthways. I have basic group, core and water training thru Fitour. I work with alot of other Trainers online as well, including Lisa from BodyRock Sweatflix out of the UK and an Insane/CordeForce BeachBody Coach.
