- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are clear and fair with no hidden fees. We charge flat rates for regular cleanings and give custom quotes for deep or bigger jobs. You can save with discounts for regular cleanings and special packages for move-in or move-out. If your place is outside our area, a travel fee might apply—but we’ll tell you first. We want you happy and will work with your budget whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions to understand your needs — the size of the space, the type of cleaning you’re looking for, and any areas you want us to focus on. Then I provide a quote, confirm the details, and schedule the job. On the day of the cleaning, we arrive on time, walk through the space with you if needed, and make sure everything meets your expectations before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience — doing real jobs, learning what clients care about, and refining my system for consistent, high-quality results. I also stay updated on the best tools, products, and methods to make sure every job is done efficiently and safely.
