If you're looking for a top-notch stager. Stop looking! CALL Nichole ASAP. She is the real deal. I cannot thank her and her team enough. They staged two of my listings in two days. She was SUPER prompt on everything, contact, quote and answered all of my questions. Her staging is pristine and homey. Multiple people were under the impression that the client was still living in the home. She listened to what my client wanted, she even worked with pieces that were left in the house. I reached out prior to two big named staging companies in the area and they failed to send me a quote after reaching out multiple times. You deal and work with Nichole directly, you're not getting passed around from person to person. I cannot wait to use you again! Thanks again for your incredible work.

I have been a Realtor for the last 15 years and have had the opportunity to work with more than one stager. There are only a few that I will use consistently and LNZ STAGE DÉCOR is one of them. They have staged 4500 sq. feet home for me recently and did a fabulous job. They are listening to the realtor, they are trying to understand the house and the neighborhood. Those impressions allow the buyers to visualize what their home could look like. They provide writhen quotes (and stick to them), they arrived on time and they will work late if needed. Looking forward to working with them again! They come highly recommended!!!

Interior Design

I was moving from SF to Chicago but had to stay in California until a few days before I started my new job to finish things off for work. With that said, I had absolutely no time to fly to Chicago and get pieces of furniture set as well as having to fix and install them (not very handy whatsoever) and I just wanted to get to my new apartment and have everything completed and done for me. And then came Nichole. I told her my situation and that i would not be moving into Chicago until a week before I started my new job and just needed someone to do the logistics and operations of my room and we would have to communicate everything through text and emails. She literally made all the difference in the world without having to worry one bit of how I was going to get things done. She gave me room design templates, colors, furniture pieces, art work, and she designed it especially for the type of style I personally like and wanted. I just landed in Chicago yesterday and the room looked amazing. She than said that there was a piece missing in one of the accent chairs that she reordered and she came the next day to fix it. P.S I also realized that I wanted a bigger bed and she was so kind to just say "let me know when it gets here and I'll take care of it," because I know I don't how do that myself. Anyways, if I could give her 6 stars I would. For the price she is offering and the amount of hours she spent on my room as well as the hours we communicated back and forth to set up my room the way I wanted, she was worth every penny and more! Thank you Nichole - I will see you again when I purchase a home in the future. You know who I'll be calling
