- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, flat-rate pricing based on the size and layout of your home, as well as the type of cleaning service requested. However, in cases where the home requires extensive extra attention — such as heavy buildup, excessive clutter, or deep stains — the final price may be adjusted accordingly. We always communicate transparently before starting any job, and you’ll never be surprised with hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring cleanings or referral clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your home, your preferences, and your priorities — through a short consultation or quick message. From there, we tailor a cleaning plan that fits your lifestyle and schedule. On cleaning day, our team arrives on time, works with care and efficiency, and ensures everything meets your expectations before we finish. Clear communication and trust are at the heart of every visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All team members at Luxe & Light Cleaning are professionally trained in modern residential cleaning techniques, surface care, and product safety. Our internal training program is based on best practices in the industry, with special attention to homes with children and pets.
