FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We posted some of our past work with ballpark figures. No project is the same as these are highly customizable units. We are not always the cheapest, but we are always committed to the highest quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon the first visit, the area walls are scanned into our 3D model software. It only takes about 30-40 minutes. On the same visit, we let the customer describe as best as they can, the vision they have for the built-in. Inspiration pictures help, but we'll design something particular to the needs and tastes of the customer while sharing our professional expertise. At the following meeting. In-person or by video call, we present our 3d model based on the feedback. The ability to present a 3D model is a game changer as clients are immediately able to understand and experience the vision, eliminating the subjective interpretation of sketches and the resulting misunderstandings and redesign. During the presentation we let the customer make requests to do adjustments to the design, helping us to get closer to the optimal vision. Some of these changes can be made on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is composed of talented woodworkers, well-experienced finishers (spraying, staining or glazing) interior designers, and an excellent managing team.
