- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated on base price, number of clients serviced, add-on services, travel fees if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After service request is received. All new clients are required a consultation via telephone, email or text. Quote and invoice is sent to customer. Once paid, appointment is booked & confirmed. Beauty Expert travels to customer's location and services are provided as desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I are all licensed cosmetologists & certified makeup artists with well over 10 years of experience.
