Introduction: I want to help people find and maintain healing and wellness through bodywork and fitness. I went through weight and health changes throughout life, life most people I wasn’t cautious of the things I was doing to myself. I lead down a path to anxiety, binge eating, losing social life status and overall, not taking care of myself inside and out. Me and Massage met in 2017 and has been inseparable since, there’s no way anyone can persuade me to believe that massage therapy is not part of self-care or healing in general. People had the notion that it is was only for the wealthy or leisure. I can tell you, about this booking with me you will not only feel a relief but have a better understanding of your overall wellness. My approach is generally catered the individual and never routine, therefore I am not your average massage therapist. By the way I am a certified Health and Wellness coach. Jeff’s massage was one of the best I’ve had. If you enjoy deep tissue Jeff is the guy. I did a 90 minute massage and he worked on all the right areas and then some. He’s extremity nice, personable and has very good energy. You will not be disappointed.
