Anita was great to work with! Offered to make me a sample before starting the work. The posts turned out beautiful. And she loves dogs...which was a plus with me and she didn't charge me extra when my dog ate her shoe :)

Anita painted my babies room , she used the bedding as her inspiration and it turned out beautiful . The entire room only took her 1 day . I gave Anita some ideas and it turned out far better than I could have imagined. Anita is professional and so easy to work with .

I was overwhelmed... Anita has so much talent...Her precise execution as muralist makes her work Stand Out above all others I've seen ...Anita Took on the job of decorating my entire condo. Her expertise with colors and design are extraordinary. I have a different theme in every room and custom walls that are so unique to anything I've ever seen.

Anita is very friendly and prompt on all contact. She is extremely talented and did a great job communicating on what the mural should look like. We wanted a woodland themed baby room, which involved birch trees and forest animals. We agreed on the general tree placement, and adding an owl and a deer, and left the details open to further additions and modifications. (to which Anita said she is more than willing to add and accommodate at no extra charge). The day of the project I asked if a branch above the door could be added and potentially few birds in flight and Anita said it’s not a problem, and she will get it done. She worked late that day and wanted to finish the project the same day, as she had a tooth emergency. The job was done beautifully although the additional branch I asked for, as well as the birds in flight were not done as discussed. When I text Anita if she could come back, and add few accents, as we talked about the day of the project, Anita mentioned that there would be an additional $250 fee for her to come out again, as she already packed up her supplies the first day. This left us a bit bittersweet, as the initial work was done beautifully, and Anita was super sweet. But after the agreed payment of $1200 was paid the first day, there was no care to fully finish the work. Unfortunately I’m taking away a star (from 5 to 4), as we LOVED the work, but we’re a tad disappointed with the final touches not being made as discussed.

I am very sorry for any misunderstanding, however, at the close of the job I asked if there were any additional accents you wanted and after you turned for your husbands opinion it was decided that the job was complete and payment was made. I would have been more than happy to add anything at that time. There was no mention of me returning another day for additional work. When you text a couple days later and asked for additional animals I was happy to reschedule and it’s understandable that there would be a charge for me to do that. Again, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and it would have made more sense to just talk to me than write it in a review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't have a standard pricing system as all projects are different, however. an easy guide would be a square ft price depending on subject matter. Price includes initial sample, all paint and supplies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the space to get a feel for the customers style and color scheme. Talk with the customer to fully understand the look that is desired and create samples so there is no doubt that the final work will exceed their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
