"Exceptional" is how I would describe my personal training experience with Trevor. He customizes his workouts to all fitness and skill levels and works with you hand-in-hand to achieve your individual goals. Prior to working with Trevor, I frequented the large fitness centers with no real idea what I was doing. Now I'm working with a professional and actually seeing real results.

Trevor and I met a little over a year ago at a gym where he was a trainer. Once Covid-19 started to spread, he quickly designed a home gym for me, so I was able to acquire the equipment before everything sold out. His personally designed exercise programs have motivated me to continue to work out at home. Trevor trains with an incredible amount of energy and encouragement. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to work out with one of the best trainers around.

I could choose all 5, but can only pick 3. I've had one session with Trevor and can't wait for more. He's super knowledgeable and plans the workout with your fitness level and goals in mind. He coaches you on each exercise and motivates you to do your best. He even jumps in and does the workout with you, which I appreciate. Nice to have someone with you that not only knows what he's doing, but wants the best for you as well.

Great experience with Trevor! Always accommodating to my health and fitness goals. Always comes into workouts with a positive attitude and tons of energy that allows me to do my best work too! Feeling healthier with each passing week now that I've started working with Trevor and can't wait to keep it up.
