I cannot say enough good things about MOR Athletic. I have been training with John for about 5 months and defiantly be continuing my training. During this time, we discuss their goals, expectations, payment process and all the details of the training. We then go through a thorough assessment of their current physical state.

When he hit the 300lb's he decided that enough was enough. He committed himself to taking his health more seriously and along the way it sparked a passion for health and wellness.
