Introduction: 1. Focus on the customer experience. Customer experience is priority 1 at any successful company, and we are no different. 2. Keep it simple. In today’s world, even the simplest things seem unnecessarily complicated. We believe simple is better. 3. Practice kindness. Spend five minutes on Twitter in 2017, and you’ll understand how kindness can be a strategic advantage, simply because kindness is becoming increasingly rare. 4. Advocate positivity. If you want gloom and doom, it’s easy to find (see the Twitter reference above). 5. Take ownership. If it was you, own it, fix it, and take responsibility. 6. Challenge the status quo. 7. Deliver results. In the age of self-appointed, entirely results-free “experts,” we believe delivering actual results matters. 8. Have nothing to hide. Let’s be honest: Doing the wrong thing can be a (very) short-run strategy for success. But in the long run, transparency and honesty are the only options. 9. Represent fairness. The essence of being fair is something simple: abide by the Golden Rule. If you were an employee instead of a manager or owner, how would you want to be treated? If you were a customer, how would you want to be treated? What I enjoy most in the real estate field is being a part of the most important decision of my client life with their real estate purchase or sale, whether it is a residential, investment or commercial transaction for a clients business.
