Let’s be honest: Doing the wrong thing can be a (very) short-run strategy for success.
But in the long run, transparency and honesty are the only options.
9. Represent fairness.
The essence of being fair is something simple: abide by the Golden Rule. If you were an employee instead of a manager or owner, how would you want to be treated? If you were a customer, how would you want to be treated?
