Only thing positive that I can say is that he did come out quickly. Promised a more powerful sump pump and then changed everything day of. Changed sump pump route and didn’t dispose of materials. Left old sump pump back battery system and told us to do “what we wanted with it.” Will not be using him again.

I had these guys come out to check out sump pump and ejector pump. Unlike other companies that have lied to me and tried to scare me into doing big jobs before, these guys were honest and gave me good advice and told me nothing was wrong with existing set up. He was also kind enough to walk the house and help troubleshoot small issues. Overall, outstanding service. It’s so hard to find plumbers you can trust - these guys seemed honest and I would recommend them over any of the big name companies that will scare you into major work.

Lynden taught me a lot about our sump pump and ejector pit systems - both of which are in good working order - we just wanted to have a maintenance check. I hired AquaPro to install a battery backup sump pump after our basement flooded when the power was knocked out. After several eyewatering bids from other companies, AquaPro came back with a quote that almost seemed too good to be true. Alex came out on-time, he was super knowledgeable, and offered a superior product for a lower price and quicker turn-around than everyone else. It was installed quickly and they redid the drainage in the backyard to make sure it wouldn't freeze in the winter. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will be recommending AquaPro to anyone else that needs plumbing work done.

1 month from service — Brandon and Gabe are awesome! Super kind, respectful, and knowledgeable! They’re quick to get a hold of, open to answering several questions, provided bond, scope of work and will communicate when they’re late. They even came physically to quote rather than solely depend on photos to provide the quote. We had improperly sealed pit for the sump/ejector pump in our basement. We kept smelling some of those odors seeping. They sealed it with the appropriate cover (independently purchased). They were able to fix the issue with disclosures for our awareness. Overall we’re very happy with the results and will call them for plumbing work! Great guys!

Alberto was absolutely phenomenal! I submitted my project on a restless night/morning at 1:30 AM. By 7:30 AM, he and I had already coordinated a consultation for the following evening - at which he stayed for 1 hour free of charge helping me determine the root problem and best solution for a sump pump well issue. He talked me into a smaller level of effort (=lower cost for me and less money for him) than I had originally requested, and he talked me through why that was the better option. He returned the next day, completed the job - and also fixed another lingering leaking spigot that I had been neglecting for a few months at no extra labor cost. He was the only one that even bothered to respond to my small job request, and he went above and beyond with his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and insightful knowledge and support. I will hire him again - but instead of being one of my first options, he’s now earned the right to be my PREFERRED option on all future plumbing projects. Thank you, Alberto - I really appreciate all that you did for me today. I look forward to working with you again in the future, good sir!
