- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on property size/type, age of home and distance travel. I offer discounts to first time customers on this platform. I also offer free water testing or air quality survey if you rehire me within a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you agree to hire me, I give you at least two dates I can perform the inspection. Once we set a date, I will email you my inspection contract. After you have reviewed and signed the agreement, you can pay the inspection invoice online before the start of the inspection. I also accept cash or check in person. I will arrive on time to the inspection and focus on properly documenting the condition of the house. Once I am finished, I will walk you through the home and explain the items I found defective as well as give you ideas and recommendations to have such items corrected. The report will be send out to you within 24 hours. You are more than welcome to reach out regarding any questions about the report.
