- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in complication.....I discuss with my clients how they would like to pay, price points, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a one on one to discuss their needs and then I do a sample cooking session. I believe in respect and a quality working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do CIA classes in the Napa Valley area.
