One on one cooking classes. Small group classes. Small catering events like baby showers, bachelorette parties, childrens birthday parties, barbecues, and other engagements.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. There are a lot of cooking enthusiast out there. And just because someone likes to cook does not translate into delicious food or professional service. You should ask where they received their training if they do have it. If not ask them how they gained their expertise. Ask for sample menus and discuss your needs and see what kind of information you get from them. If they cant answer your questions with authority then I would continue my search.
