- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an in-person consultation, I can give an estimate of how much time I think the project will take to complete. I charge $40 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll have a short conversation by phone to talk about the project and set up an in-person consultation at your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
First, I have a lot of personal experience in my own tiny home. Our family of four (plus a large breed dog) live in a 975-square-foot, one-story ranch. With a growing family, we are constantly creatively rethinking how we use our space. I have also been helping family and friends with organizing projects for years. And I was fortunate to work with another reputable organizing company in the Chicago area before I started Yellow Door Organization.
