Introduction: My life's work is to teach yoga. I can feel it in my heart every time I step on my mat. My passion and enthusiasm is infectious! I make every class fun, without judgement, and get you towards your goals! Having my students tell me the improvements they've seen in themselves, not only physically but mentally. That and being able to teach such an amazing form of exercise to so many people!

I enlisted Kelley's expertise to help me get in shape for an upcoming wedding. She offered private classes, in person and via Skype. It was wonderful to be able to do yoga in the privacy of my own home. Kelley is such a great yoga teacher and you really feel like she cares about you and your progress. She also helped me design and implement a garden so I can have heathy vegetables to eat.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes! My license requires 30 hours of continuing education every two years. This means I have to attend and log workshops that are relevant to yoga, meditation, even nutrition!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Yoga is not a religion. Yoga is not only for really skinny women. It often gets that bad rap. I can tell you this-I used to work out so much, running, lifting weights, etc. but when I found yoga-that's when I saw the most improvement in my body and my mind. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
