Introduction: My training style is diverse and flexible, changing to meet each individual's goals, needs, and physical capabilities. Everyone is different, and there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Whether you are looking to lose 100 pounds, gain muscle, or just feel better and stronger, I've got you covered. I like to see my clients working hard and getting to know their bodies in a different way. Some people discover strengths they never knew they had, others get excited growing and seeing muscles they've never seen before. I also enjoy discovering people's muscle imbalances and postural distortions so that I can help them to correct those things. Everyone leaves their session with a smile, and that makes me happy.

Emily is awesome! She is so motivational and I always look forward to working out with her. She is super positive but at the same time, she knows how to get you sweating. I really have enjoyed training with Emily.
