Expect to be underwhelmed. Unfortunately, in my haste to review her work per her request, I wrote my initial review much too soon, particularly after I had her clean 4 missed items in the kitchen area alone. My fault. Otherwise, the house looked good on the surface. However, I began to notice dirty/dusty areas during the day. Then, I began to check other areas and was thoroughly disappointed. I texted her twice that day (17 Nov) about my concerns. She apologized and wanted to resolve the issues during a regular clean in early-Dec. I sent her a list of over 20 areas that she didn't clean and let her know that I shouldn't have to wait over 2 weeks, after paying $325 for this deep clean. She apologized, implied that it was my fault, but said she'd try to squeeze me in. After not hearing from her, I sent the pics that I'd taken on the 17th and requested a partial refund. Again, she apologized, told me she was busy, and implied that her poor quality of work was my fault simply because I didn't see all these things before she left. I again explained what she failed to properly clean and requested a partial refund. I heard no more from her after 23 Nov. In summary, give your house the White Glove test prior to her leaving, regardless of how long it takes.
