Personal training has been going really well. I get info on healthy snacks and training plans via email and he checks up on me after workouts to see how I'm feeling. He pushes without being like a drill sergeant.
Philip really listened to me when I told him that I was looking for a more playful workout and help developing body mindfulness. Our workouts range from yoga, to catch, to climbing trees. He really challenges you and yet makes you feel totally at ease. I'm very grateful to have found him!

I have been training with Joe since Nov. 2015. He definitely knows what he's doing and knows how to educate and encourage me so I can get the most from my workouts and the days in between. From meal planning to weight training to cardio, Joe knows how to customize a program specifically for you. I recommend him highly and love the results I am seeing so far!!!
