I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!
As I am a beginner, Tricia has been very patient. She takes time to explain what each exercise does, corrects me when I do it wrong and is a great cheerleader when I finish each session. I would recommend working with her.

My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. This past November on Monday nights, I, for the first time ever, started to attend yoga classes with Steph as my instructor! Steph is truly an amazing yoga teacher! As soon as I get to class my stress level drops after the crazy day I have had and as we get started I know the next hour or so is going to be the best, most enjoyable part of my day ☺️ I haven't really taken yoga classes before, but Steph does an incredible job of showing you and helping you get into the perfect position for each and every single pose you do. I have only taken classes on Mondays this past month, but feel like I have learned so much! I also am already feeling like I am noticing some of the benefits of yoga including increased flexibility and strength, along with improved breathing, and better posture. Not to forget to mention that I think it has and will continue to be so great for me post ACL and meniscus surgery. I look forward to continuing taking classes with Steph and seeing more positive results from yoga in the future! I highly recommend her to anybody looking to start or continue the amazing practice of yoga 🙏🏼 Steph is the best and has studied and done yoga all around the world and continues to do so, which makes her the best yogi and yoga instructor ever 💙💙💙
Corrin was amazing at explaining the different poses and made sure to keep us on track with the way that we were breathing to make things easier. Very easy to understand definitely not rushed (being a beginner) and you can tell she’s very knowledgeable and passionate about what she’s doing. Excellent!
I love yogability, it's so much more than your average yoga class and I can see and feel myself getting better, which is so inspiring to keep going. Sometimes classes are really tough, but you feel amazing afterwards. I couldn't recommend it more!

I focus on alignment, calm, concentration and strength. My class is a strong class. I do not teach hot yoga, I do not teach yoga with weights. Just good-old Yoga!
