Donna. Was. INCREDIBLE. I hired her for our wedding of over 120 people. She was not only a bartender, but literally a hostess. Many people (even my notoriously critical grandmother) commented on how she was everywhere doing everything - making a mean drink, clearing plates, making coffee, everything - and being so kind and pleasant and joyous in the process. Plus she came by to make me (the bride) a plate of food for dinner! She helped me make the list of what I would need, and worked with the drinks and mixers I provided to make even better drinks than I imagined. I requested an additional server to support her which she easily provided, and he was amazing as well. She was worth double the price and I can't recommend her enough.

Jennifer was amazing I got 3 different drafts for my ceremony and I wanted a little bit of everything and she made it happened. The day of rehearsal I didn't know what to do and she was able to me a little bit of a wedding planner as well I loved it. My ceremony was amazing thank you for everything.

Wedding Planner Full Service I couldn't have better things to say about working with Rick and Special Occasion Events . We booked a full wedding planning package and MC. And Throughout the planning process, Valerie and Rick were attentive, organized and resourceful. Valerie helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She made the wedding planning process so much better. She went out of her way to accommodate us in many occasion . She make sure we were happy with every decision we made about our vendors and work professionally with every vendor. And on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Valeri and Rick were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner and MC and am so grateful that we picked Special Occasion Events to help us throughout our wedding planning. I would recommend Special Occasion Events to absolutely anyone!

Working with Alyssa at Sarah Kathleen Events was more than I could ask for. Let me start by saying I’m not an easy person to deal with. Sometimes I have an over the top personality. When I first met with Alyssa and Sarah I was still on the fence if I really needed a wedding planner. Our first meeting was seriously like going over my wedding vision with one of my close friends. As soon as we started reviewing my vision they had ideas and recommendations and they weren’t even officially my planner. When I left our first meeting I just knew I needed to work with them. They understood everything I wanted and gave me so many new ideas (this was the birth of the book pages runner). Alyssa answered all my calls and emails of distress . She was always reassuring that everything would come together. They actually provide you drawings of what your space would look like which for me helped a ton to visually see it all together. I think the main thing that stood out to me is how she was always one step ahead of me. Making recommendations, confirming vendors (which was a major task), getting my wedding gifts back to my hotel, and even steaming my veil! I had multiple other vendors tell me how on top of everything my planner was. I’m not one easily amazed, but Alyssa and Sarah truly are amazing at what they do. I couldn’t imagine what my day would have been like without having Alyssa as part of it… I couldn’t thank you all enough for making this day so special for Ryan, myself, and our entire family. Alyssa is absolutely Amazing!!

Allana at City Chic Events was invaluable to us in planning and executing our daughter's wedding. She was professional, flexible, reasonable in price, approachable and available. She communicated with us as much as we needed her to. She was prompt in her responses and offered suggestions when asked. Allana worked quietly behind the scenes the day of the wedding. I found out, after the fact, that she had to repair my daughter's wedding dress after someone stepped on it. I never noticed!! Gordon from MajorMusiq Entertainment DJed my wedding in July 2013 - and we still have folks asking for his info so they can use him for their events as well! Having the perfect DJ was a HIGH priority for me and my husband - and Gordon did not disappoint. Not only was he extremely attentive to our music requests, but he also sprinkled in his own creative ideas throughout the night - some I never would have thought of myself - which truly helped make the whole wedding memorable. Gordon also was able to easily navigate the challenges of working at a venue (Pazzo's 311) that didn't have its own speaker system, and flawlessly executed smooth transitions/narration throughout the night. Plus, the icing on the cake: his services happened to be extremely affordable compared to other vendors in the area. Would definitely recommend his services!

Using this service was a Godsend!!! There's enough stress alone getting married, These Je T'aime made it very easy for us. Their attention to what we wanted was incredible, Having periodical sit down meetings ensured accuracy in the planned details, And avoided any last minute problems. For those on a budget, This is the way to go!! There was simply no worry, They went above and beyond for our special day. Whether it was set-up at the Church, Or at the reception It was handled perfectly, Without having to check on various details, When they say Don't Worry, It's done, They mean it!! Besides the decoration aspect, These two Lady's showed compassion and understanding with simple conversation to help alleviate the stress and got us thru the Big event!! That says a lot. I had a great time working with Dana for my July 2017 wedding at Salvage One and would highly recommend her as a day-of coordinator. Since she worked at Salvage One, she knew the venue well and knew what would work and what wouldn't. She helped me fine tune the details for the day-of activities and helped set up all my DIY decor. When both of my daughters got engaged one month apart, and chose wedding dates seven weeks apart, we hired Plan-It Perfect to plan both weddings! Angela and her team did a remarkable job of not only designing, creating and implementing every aspect of both important events, but also managed to create two very distinctive weddings for my two very different daughters. And, when we got to the actual weekend of each wedding, no one in our family had to do anything but enjoy ourselves, spend time with friends and family and celebrate the happy couple. When our youngest gets married, we will not hesitate for a second to bring Angela and Plan-It Perfect on board!

I hired Katisha as my florist a year ago and fell in love with her approach to planning. Katisha and her team are outstanding! She really took time to understand our vision. I had a whole Pinterest board dedicated to bouquets and table centerpieces. She helped me wade through all the different flowers types, styles and colors. We went to two different flower markets and she prepared 3 different proposals for us! I had such a specific vision and a very strict budget. She did a ridiculously amazing job of bringing our vision to life! Two months before the wedding, we had a unfortunate scheduling situation with another wedding planner and we had to let her go. Katisha and Theron stepped in as our wedding day coordinators. They did a phenomenal job helping us plan, handling situations on the day and keeping us on schedule. We were so blessed to have them help us on our wedding day! My husband and I both agree that if we had to do this all over again, we would hire Katisha and Theron from day ONE!
