Jt is a beast!I started training with JT in the beginning of March and my benchpress/ squat have gone up over 50 pounds each. I have exponentially more endurance than when I started due to the variety of exercises and brutal cardio workouts! I'm repping 225 pounds on benchpress and 315 pounds on the squat rack. JT is engaged in what he's doing and pushes me to do my best every workout. Thank you for all your help!

Raven is by the far the best personal trainer I have ever met. When I first started with him, I was 250 lb and lost 25 lb within 2 months (meeting only twice a week...when I wasn't traveling for work, which by the way he was very willing to work around). His system draws from a lifetime of experience and a PhD in Kinesiology. He custom designed a specific exercise regime for my body type that was shocking effective. It is hard to describe how much progress I made. I did not expect the results I got. His insight into fat reduction and strength conditioning blew my mind. I learned more in a few sessions with Raven than I had in my entire life. Working with him, I realized how ineffective my past exercise experience was (I worked so hard for a lot fewer results). Not to suggest Raven won't push you hard (in fact, he'll push you to your limit), but it's incredible how he makes the session so fun and fast. For example, in the past, I avoided a "difficult" exercise because I was afraid of hurting myself or vomiting. With Raven's guidance, I was given the courage to go further than I ever had (without evening noticing!). When I threw up for the first time, we celebrated together! It was a rite of passage and I am very proud of testing my limits. If you want to lose fat in a sustainable way, Raven's whole body health philosophy will take you the distance. It's not a gimmick and it takes hard work, but he will get you to your desired weight and body shape faster than anyone out there. Don't sign up if you don't want to put in the work, because Raven expects your best effort. But if you are committed to his diet and exercise program and want to laugh a lot along the way, he's your guy. (And don't worry about your motivation...Rav's an expert motivator and has a way of energizing your desire to get better every day).
I have been running for the last 2 years for stress relief and when I finished my Ph.D I decided to look for a personal trainer to teach me new workouts. I met with Tim, and told him that I can't afford a lot of sessions and he did not make it any less difficult. In 5 30 min sessions with Tim I learned a ton of new, fun, and very difficult work outs! He made sure to ask me each time where I was sore, and adjusted my work out accordingly. He made sure I learned proper form for each new technique so that I would not hurt myself. Best of all he answered all my questions no matter how small and always made me feel comfortable to learn something new, even when I looked funny doing it. I have also seen major results in just a few sessions because he works you to your limit! Best decision I could make before moving away. If you want to begin a healthy life style he is a great place to start!
I have been working out with Brad for almost a year and a half now and he has helped me take off 25 pounds, More importantly, I have maintained the weight loss. Brad is friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to. The unique aspect of this facility is that the trainers are in close contact with Dr. Tariq, who has done some work on my knee. Exercises are tailored to ensure no further injury. Great guy, great place!
Great functional workouts that utilize body weight exercises and outdoor activities. Nice balance of cardio, strength, and endurance. Workouts vary from week-to-week so things are always fresh. Lastly, Mike is a great guy to be around so I always look forward to the next workout!
