Introduction: I'm an experienced, certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches which is endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and ACE (American Council on Exercise). Besides my coaching, I'm also ACE group fitness certified in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Turbo Kick and Ageless Grace (mind-body fitness) Instructor and am a Silver Sneakers FLEX instructor helping people have fun while moving every single day. I'm also in the process of getting my ACE senior fitness certification and Silver Sneakers Circuit and strength training certifications as senior fitness is a passion of mine. My specialty is helping you get back to your dream weight for good through healthy weight loss without gimmicks or deprivation, so you can achieve the healthy and happy life you deserve!
