Steve Smith was outstanding in helping me resolve a long standing problem with my ITunes account. He was on time, explained each step of the way in layman's term to fix various issues in the hard drive. Once the PC was rebooted and up and running we thought we were good to go. Unfortunately we ran into a glitch after he left. In a matter of minutes he returned my phone call and hung in there until the problem was resolved!
