Paul is such an amazing trainer! I've been training with him for about 3 months and I can honestly say it has been well worth it! Before I started training, I was not motivated at all and I had no idea what I was doing. He always makes our sessions fun with his personality, but they're also filled with hard work. I would highly recommend Theresa as a personal trainer. Theresa has helped me lose the weight I wanted to lose with a solid workout program and consistent feedback on my food logs. She actually made it fun and rewarding! Most importantly, I feel as though she set me up for success to keep the weight off. She is very personable and made me feel at ease and comfortable, not like trainers I used at my gym!
