- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to work within each client’s budget while maintaining fair pricing that reflects my experience, attention to detail, and the value I provide. I’m happy to tailor packages or explore creative solutions so we can achieve your vision fairly for both of us. At this time, I am offering 20% off my packages for 2025 bookings and 2026 bookings that are secured by the end of 2025.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by getting to know my clients—understanding their style, priorities, and vision for the day. A Zoom call is a great way for us to connect and get a feel for one another, ensuring we’re a good fit, but phone calls work too! From there, I focus on what matters most to you, adjusting my approach as needed so we can create a seamless and personalized coordination plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of experience in politics and diplomacy, where I planned and executed high-level official delegations, international conferences, and VIP events with precision and discretion. Alongside my professional career, I have spent more than 20 years planning and managing weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and other milestone celebrations for friends and family. This combination of diplomatic protocol expertise and hands-on event experience allows me to handle every detail with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and creativity.
