Latest Review: As a 36 year old woman, I had always been petite and rarely ever exercised. Then seemingly overnight: Boom! I looked up and had packed on 30 pounds. I tried various yo-yo diets like Atkins and Keto to try to get the weight off with only temporary results. I finally decided I needed a professional and lifestyle change. When I met with Raven, I was clear about everything I wanted: Fat loss, lean muscle and to keep my feminine curves. I even showed him a picture of the exact body style I wanted to build together. Raven was honest and straightforward in telling me my goals were realistic and achievable, but I had better be ready to work! He started my training where I was and we have progressed in intensity as I have grown stronger. No matter your fitness level, he makes you feel strong and confident in your abilities. There is no judgement with Raven. He is optimistic, encouraging and motivating. During our sessions, he demonstrates each exercise and explains how each workout fits into the big plan. I especially like that he avails himself 24/7 to answer all of my food and nutrition questions, and offers guidance on activities I can do outside of our sessions to bolster our work together. Two months in, I have dropped two inches from my waist, the appearance of my jelly (cellulite) is starting to improve, and I can see muscle peeking through in my arms and legs. In addition, I am more disciplined with my food choices and now look forward to working up a sweat in the gym. If you are serious and want to partner with a confident and professional trainer who will hold you accountable, Raven is your man. He will provide you with the training, tools and knowledge to help achieve your fitness goals. The work is up to you.

Latest Review: When I met the owner, Rob.. I was welcomed into the facility with a fair wealth of knowledge, and clear explanation of the possible results his gym has to offer. His facility has a "one on one" feel and does not replicate the crowded conditions you find at large corporate fitness centers. Since several sessions, not only have I increased my capacity to do more difficult tasks, I've found myself returning to more physical upkeep at my home and motivated to do so. All in all, I believe the recipe of routines Rob presented, in short order have improved range of motion and flexibility which is where I was struggling. I'll be returning to Going for Greatness for what I feel was an exclusive opportunity.

Latest Review: I signed up with Clint for 2 12 weeks sessions. I was highly satisfied. I am very pleased with the results. At first I was concerned about getting sore, in reality I experienced very little soreness. I was happily surprised with the results that came from just 3 one hour weight training and 3 twenty minutes aerobic sessions a week. I look and feel better than I have in years. Clint can adapt a program to your specific needs. I highly recommend Clint if you want to get in shape and be healthier.

Latest Review: I was introduced to Eric by a mom friend after a few years of trying to shed those last few pounds after having three kids. I started working out with him twice a week in early 2013. My first focus was staying injury-free. After an ACL reconstruction and a bad back injury in the past few years, that is always my focus. Goal two was to work on my upper body due to a few black tie events and I wanted to rock my outfits. Lastly, we're now working on mid-body/legs along with maintaining upper body strength. Let me tell you, it works. Eric works. He works hard at making sure you're accountable, not only for your sessions, but also for your "off-day" workouts, and for your eating habits. Only a small percentage of progress can be made in two hours per week, and he helps give tips and encouragement to keep you motivated on the days you don't see him. I enjoy running and take part in a few races each year. This spring I hadn't run very much but was signed up for the Shamrock Shuffle 8K, anticipating about a 10:00 pace. I didn't realize what an impact Eric's workouts would have on my endurance and I ended up running an 8:36 pace and was comfortable throughout the race. Amazing. Oh, I forgot the best part: he comes to my house, so I don't have to commute!
