- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client should know that Creative Mind pricing is all based off material, labor and time. The client will always be satisfied with the outcome of their event, party or custom orders and that is a guarantee. Home, apartment, office and event staging is also available. Why not hire Creative Mind to help sale your home, rent that apartment/condo faster; give your bedroom or office space a professional look and amaze your guest with an over the top event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client reaches out I listen to their needs and wants first, help them if needed with a budget; prepare normally two quotes for the client and if they accept we go on from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taking up courses for graphic design, sewing and business management. I am currently working on completing my certification to be a certified event planner. However I have 18 years of experience in this field.
