- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I posted an hourly rate, although my fees are usually paid by the seller of the property. If I am assisting you in selling your property, we will discuss fees which are based on a percentage of sale price. For buyers, there is no charge to you for my services. I do reserve the right to choose who I will work with.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always liked Real Estate investment and have owned all types of buildings including residential, rental, multi-unit, commercial, and have built homes as well. Investment properties are also a specialty.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
