Samanthia is absolutely excellent and I look forward to my next class. She is trustworthy, very professional, and an excellent communicator. In addition to her positive energy and calm sense she is motivating and made sure we were all comfortable, yet giving our best effort. She arrived early and is extraordinarily kind, and caring. What I loved about her is that she tailors to your request and goals. We all have different levels of yoga experience and Samanthia embraced us all. She is also very knowledgeable and understanding which is important to me. And her rates are fair. Additionally, she is a positive instructor who embodies the true core of yoga no judgment and combining strength, stretch, and meditation. I have been training with Jessica for about 6 years. I have done pilates, weight training, and yoga. She has worked with me in my home as well as at the gym. She is encouraging in a supportive way and often pushes me out of my comfort zone which is helpful. I find she is very knowledgeable and professional. My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques. On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired. When I started doing yoga with Katie, I had never practiced yoga before, and I had only recently started working out. Honestly, I actually hated exercising. My previous trainer had been cancelling on me, and I was looking for someone who would be reliable and professional about respecting their work engagement. Katie has great work ethics, and has never canceled on me. My job is stressful, I am often standing, with my head leaning forward. i was starting to have neck and shoulder pain. I was looking for a way to stretch, but also to strengthen my core muscles, while working on posture. With these goals in mind, Katie developed yoga and work out sessions that are adapted to my needs. I now feel in better shape than I ever did! I enjoy working out with Katie because she motivates me at improving myself. Her challenges are always within my reach. She has a genuine positive attitude, and is really dedicated at helping her "students" reach their goals, whatever their goals are. I highly recommend Katie for yoga or personal training!
Lisa's guided meditations are excellent! I am pretty new to meditation and I am hooked because of a Lisa. Her voice is smooth and relaxing. Also she does several types including body scan,counting breath and visualization to name a few. I would highly recommend Lisa.

I’ve been going to a chiropractor on and off over the years for lower back tightness. After a friend recommended me to see C. Alexandra I thought I would give it a try. She was very professional and thorough with explaining and demonstrating the poses I needed to do to help my lower back. I am new to yoga and she helped me so much with her hands on approach and demonstration. After just 1 session with her my lower back hadn’t felt this good in years.
