Latest Review: I am going to Phyllis for personal training. I had tried personal training before, but found that most trainers are just people who decided they liked exercise and had no real expertise AND it cost a fortune. Phyllis has knowledge and experience, and she keeps in mind that I am 65. I am pretty healthy but the crazy "kill you kind of exercise" is not a wise choice for me. Phyllis challenges and pushes me but also doesn't damage my body!!! I know she works with young people and she designs their programs completely differently than mine...that is what a knowledgeable trainer can do. One of the many things I love about her is that she is on time, reasonably priced and listens to me and thus can teach me in a way that I learn - this is very rare and it is wonderful. I recommend her without any reservations. She will help you gain strength, lose weight and gain muscle, who ever you are!

Latest Review: I've been working with Raven for a short time and he's helped me achieve great results within that time. Very professional and helpful. Very knowledgeable when it comes to exercise and nutrition. Overall, he's great to work with and he has great energy. I'm also a huge fan that he's there to ask questions whenever you need! There have been many times I've sent him a text to ask about food choices and nutrition and he's always there to help you out! You don't get that with a lot of trainers. Five-Star quality for sure!

Latest Review: I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and, even though I was an athlete by nature, I'd only dropped 10 pounds on my own and knew I needed help reaching my goals. That's when I started working with Dan. From the start, Dan emphasized that we were a team working toward my goals together and that the changes I wanted to see in my body required my commitment beyond the three hours we spent every week together. I like that he leverages technology to regularly measure daily progress. Every exercise is keyed in, and detailed notes for each movement goes into his iPad - and I can see my results behind a secure login website. We're only a few weeks into our regimen, but I already feel stronger, and my pants are starting to feel loose. Working with Dan is not just about making changes to your body though. It's also about learning the discipline of movement and having the mental focus to push past the limits you think you have. Dan is a meticulous technician when it comes to form. He isn't a trainer who will just show up and stand over you counting reps. Every movement is intentional and he'll make sure your form is right. He explains how those small tweaks make all the difference. He understands when to get in your face and when to take a softer approach, and he is as committed as I am in helping me reach my goals.

Latest Review: The best way to describe Fit for All is FAMILY. I love the community approach to fitness- everyone (not just the trainers and staff) is SUPER encouraging. The trainers are personable and knowledgeable and classes are suitable for all fitness levels. I have a bum knee and they’ve been great with working with me so it can heal. Also, new programming each month prevents boredom.

Latest Review: I have worked with Roy for several years and appreciate that his focus is on older adults (over 50).He provides a work out plan that will help you maintain strength, mobility, stability, and endurance. I've seen trainers who are little more than rep counters or who focus on the "pretty " muscles.Roy is so much more than that!

Latest Review: Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊

Latest Review: Soooo, everyone. I’ve been working with Ryan for almost a year now and he has completely changed my life. I’ve been working out on and off for the better portion of 10 years but never seemed to be getting any results. Right before I saw Ryan I was at my heighest weight ever and not in a very good mental spot. I don’t come from a lifting background so the idea of going to a PT who had such a background in it was overwhelming, but he eased me into it and now I can’t imagine not lifting. And lifting also helped change my mental attitude cause since I’m physically stronger I feel so much more mentally strong. As a trainer he’s very relatable, not at all stuffy (like some trainers can be) yet always manages to kick my ass, you’d be stupid not to train with Ryan.
