It sounds cliche, but I put love into my cooking. I think about the families that will be eating the food while I'm cooking, and tailor every detail to what I think they will enjoy - a bit more spice, a bit less salt...the longer I work with a particular client, the more I get to know them and their tastes.
I get the pleasure of enjoying my work days, helping others, and earning a living all at the same time. What could be better?

My husband arranged for Kristi to come to our home for a belated Mother's Day dinner party. What a special event. The food was fresh, delicious and impeccably prepared. Was hesitant to take the plunge, but so very glad I did. Thyme for Dinner was just what I needed to do. The aroma I walked into was incredible and each dish I ate became my new favorite. Very flexible on dietary restrictions as well as portions. Actually saved money on the groceries as I always overbought and underused!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a personal chef whose strengths match your needs. For example, if you're looking to find a chef who can get some veggies into your kids' diets, you probably want a chef who is experienced in preparing meals for children. If you're a carnivore at heart, you probably don't want a chef who specializes in vegetarian cooking.
