My Princess takes voice lessons from Scottie. I would agree with other reviewers ... he's patient especially with me who likes to add my two cents under the guise of helping during her lessons. 😃 He has gone above and beyond to help prepare her for her school talent show. The only negative would be that he has made last minute lesson changes and cancellations which was frustrating but I can't be too upset because he's also been very flexible when I've needed to do the same. All in all ... We are happy with Scottie and would recommend him.
The way Bill explains everything is just off of fact based knowledge. He makes what some make seem so confusing and complicated make sense to literally anyone with ears. Bill has a special way of making his advice relatable and ensures that he is getting through to you. His passion for his work is relentless and I cannot recommend this guy enough for anyone that wants to understand the true nature of how to sing. Most bennifical lesson I've ever had hands down.
I would highly recommend the Pape Conservatory of Music to any parent or individual interested in music training. My daughter is involved in both piano and voice lessons and I absolutely love Sheri Pape as her teacher. She has a lot of patience and a great deal of understanding of the progress of her students. My daughter absolutely loves Sheri Pape and going to piano and voice lessons.
My daughter has been taking voice lessons for several months and really enjoys the experience. Her teacher is professional yet relatable and makes her feel comfortable. Looking forward to other types of lessons in the future.
I have been taking voice lessons with Lindsey for two years now. She is an excellent teacher. She knows her craft well, she is so patient with me, and she is sensitive to my fears. She has fundamentally changed the way I see myself, my talent, and the art and science of singing. I highly recommend her!
I am a senior but have never had voice lessons. Donna is very perceptive, patient and talented. She has a motivating approach while teaching technical skills to a "newbie". Am very pleased!
Solange Sior and Fox Valley Music Studio, Ltd. are wonderful!! Ms. Sior has worked with my daughter (age 17- classical & musical theatre) for the last year. Through Ms. Sior's masterful instruction, my daughter's voice has risen to heights beyond our expectations. Ms. Sior is a skilled teacher & performer who brings an expertise to her students that is unmatched. She fills each lesson with warmth, sound encouragement & achievable high expectation. Ms. Sior & Fox Valley Music Studio, Ltd. has our highest recommendation!
Joey, the owner is very professional and arranged for a teacher coming to our home once a week to teach guitar to my 8 yr old son. The teacher is patient and entertaining.
I decided for the first time, to start taking voice lessons, back in April 2015. Being that I'm already in my 30's and have had no formal vocal training, I was very shy at first. But from that very first lesson, Sharon instantly made me feel comfortable! She is very down to earth and is very encouraging and patient for a shy beginner like myself. While she has a strong musical background and education, she easily breaks down the concepts so that they are easy to grasp for a newbie like me, and works with me until I fully understand and implement the proper vocal techniques. I couldn't be happier that I made the decision to start voice lessons! I've come so far thanks to Sharon, and I can't wait to see what other skills she develops in me in the months to come! I highly recommend her for anyone looking to either brush up on their vocal skills or start from scratch!
It was a pleasure getting to know Char when she was one of my voice students at ECC. She is not only talented, but also a warm, caring person who would go the extra mile to help her students understand how to bring out the best in their voices.
I have been taking piano lessons for 5 years, voice lessons for 9 months and flute lessons for 6 months at Music Makers...For Life, Inc. As an adult with prior music experience, I had certain ideas on how I wanted my lessons, and Theresa was very willing to accomodate my wishes. She always tried to work within my schedule as well. Theresa was always kind and patient with me and always made me feel good about my music and myself! I'm also impressed with how her school is structured for kids. They earn "music money" if they've practiced their lesson or land on the right square on the board game the teachers use to reinforce their teaching. Then they can spend their "music money" in her "music store" on small toys, or t-shirts, tote bags, etc. This really motivates the kids to want to practice! Older kids might be invited to join one of her rock bands, which perform around the county. Playing in a rock band helps to keep the teens enthusiastically engaged in their music! Music Makers...For Life is truly "The Fun Way to Learn to Play"!
Sara is very professional & knowledgeable! My daughter loves her singing lessons with Sara!
I have 2 taking piano lessons here and Kimberly is excellent at keeping them engaged and motivated to learn. She is responsive to concerns and suggestions. We adore her.
I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Dave as a guitar instructor. He offers such a range of flexibility to what I am wanting to learn, and in my desired genre, at a pace I am comfortable with. He works scheduled lessons within the hours I have available and offers his input on what to work on in between lessons to better my skills in areas that are more challenging. While listening to his own original songs I also found him to be the perfect fit for playing at our wedding reception. He offered to play specific requests but we felt completely comfortable leaving it up to him. He played beautifully and instinctively knew what suited the occasion. If anyone is looking for a great guitar instructor I highly suggest Dave!
Shannon got back to me quickly and we went and met her and had a lesson to see if it would be a good fit with her and my daughter. I would do nothing to change my experience it is nice to be able to have a trial lesson to make sure it is a good match. My daughter has only had 3 lessons and I can already hear a big difference in her voice. My daughter loves going and has learned a lot in her few lessons. Also Shannon has been flexible with our busy schedule as long as we can give her some notice. I would not change anything about our experience it went very smoothly.
Ryan was a great voice teacher. He taught me how to harmonize and to access the head and chest resonance chambers. He's always on time and super professional. I highly recommend him!

I teach private piano and voice lessons for all levels and ages. I have a professional studio in my home with a concert grand piano.
I teach piano and voice to students of all ages. I have worked with children, starting at 3 years old, up to professional-working adults. Music is a beautiful way to express yourself, and once you learn it, it will stay with you as something you can enjoy for years.
Being a classically trained singer, I teach proper vocal technique and assign a repertoire that is appropriate to each singer's voice part, age and skill level. I also stress the importance of understanding music theory and help my singers with key signatures, scales, triads and sight-reading as well.
Take singing tutorials from this business's teachers if you want to learn the proper form and technique. They offer vocal training for kids and adults in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
