Jeremie teaches my 10 year old son and his friend. They both love the guitar lessons and actually asked for longer sessions. They both look forward to the next lesson and are learning a lot.

Pete taught our son James guitar lessons for about two years. James had never played guitar prior to meeting with Pete, and I was impressed by Pete's patience, optimism and professionalism at every lesson. James can now play several pop songs and even some beginner classical music. Thanks Pete!

I don't leave reviews very often, but I feel compelled to do so in this case. So here we go... In the past, I've taken guitar lessons from 8 or 9 different guitar teachers in this area throughout the years - some were ok, others were less than ok. I know the difference between a good teacher and an average one. So this time around I invested the time to do my homework because I didn't want to find another "pretty good" teacher. I wanted to find THE BEST guitar teacher. From the first moment I met Jacob at the American Academy of Guitar, it felt different... it just felt better. But first impressions don't tell the whole story, so I remained cautiously optimistic about how good these lessons with Jacob were really going to be... Well, the deeper we went, the better it got! This is exactly what I'd been looking for but never found until now! These lessons are a lot more fun and I'm learning more now than I ever have before! What makes Jacob better than all the other teachers I've ever had elsewhere? Here's the short list of observations I made: 1. It's very clear that his entire approach to teaching me is to help me reach my goals with the guitar. 2. The lessons are more fun than what I've had elsewhere. I've been thinking a lot about this and trying to put my finger on exactly what about Jacob makes the lessons more fun. It's his personality combined with his unique ability to instantly uncover bad habits I didn't even know I had in my playing... then he was able to help me fix them almost immediately and that led to... 3. I'm making big improvements in a very short period of time... not just because what he teaches me really works better than what I learned elsewhere in the past, but because he was able to help me quickly remove obstacles that had been holding my development back! That's all for now. I just want to say THANK YOU Jacob. I plan on continuing to learn from you for many years to come!!

The staff at Rockstar are easy to work with and friendly. I am an adult who takes guitar lessons. My son takes drum lessons and my daughter takes guitar lessons. Rockstar's instructors work well with kids and adults. The facility is clean and constantly updated. There is a clean bathroom and a comfortable waiting area. Their instructors are also working musicians so their lessons are applicable to real life experience.

I teach guitar lessons. I love blues, rock, folk, some other interesting styles in the independent and "cult-following" genres. I am not as comfortable with jazz. I would do an even exchange if someone wanted to learn something from me I would take jazz lessons. I believe 45 minutes for a guitar lesson is perfectly reasonable, but if someone wanted to go longer or shorter we can get into contact and figure that out.

I can teach you how to play acoustic guitar. From beginner to advanced or intermediate, that's not a problem. I can provide a book, so that when you don't want lessons anymore, you can teach yourself. My service includes free video lessons on websites.

I give guitar and music lessons to beginner guitar students. I will teach guitar and music theory and provide an understanding of how music is constructed. I have experience in rock, blues, country, and folk.

We offer beginner guitar lessons to all ages! It's never too late, or too early, to learn this wonderful instrument. Our reasonable rates and flexible scheduling can accommodate all. We even offer 30-minute half sessions for those with busy schedules.

I do not instruct on how to sight read music. I teach how to play guitar. Unless a person plans on being a Classical Musician, you do not need to be able to sight read music. I do teach music theory, notation and Tablature, which is a widely accepted way of learning songs and sharing ideas. Working with both adults and kids, I can taylor what a person needs to do to be successful.

Dave has been playing guitar for over 25 years. He's great with kids and will go out of his way to make sure he connects with them on a personal level, making it easier for his students to learn. I am also teaching adults!

My name is Terry Bowe, and I have been a guitar teacher for over 20 years. I teach from the heart and always with my student's best interest in mind. It is a simplified and very effective style that helps ensure individual achievement and creativity. If you or someone you know is interested in a free, initial 30-minute guitar lesson, just call or e-mail me. I offer lessons to you in your home and have excellent references and credentials!
