Chris S. says, "Hello, I normally don't write reviews. In this case, I must. I had water coming out of my toilet the wrong way, over the top. I didn't know who to call. My friend suggested Ds Emergency Rooter. I called them. The women I talked to said that a tech would be to me within the hour. I thought she just said that so I wouldn't call anybody else. But 40 minutes later they were at my door. The tech was young but knew his stuff. Diagnosed my problem, gave me a fair price. I hired them. The next day 4 men showed up and fixed my broken clay Sewer pipe. They were professional, did the job quickly and most importantly cleanly. FlowPro Plumbing
FlowPro Plumbing
FlowPro Plumbing came to fix my main sewer line and did an incredible job. They responded right away and got the work done quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was their honesty. I asked them to look at another issue, and instead of trying to charge me for unnecessary work, they told me there was no plumbing problem and showed me how to fix it easily myself. It is rare to find a company that is both skilled and so upfront with their customers. I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and the respect they showed for my home. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Ira did great work on several plumbing issues in my new home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and went above and beyond to quickly solve all issues. The cost was very fair, and I am very satisfied. I will be hiring him again for other work around my house as the weather warms because he is skilled and excellent in several areas in addition to plumbing.

Great same day experience with this company. My tech Roy came out and walked through what I thought was a plumbing issue. He assured me that it wasn’t and refused to charge me for work that was not necessary. He was very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. If I needed a plumber, I would definitely give them a call.

All Pro Plumbing
All Pro Plumbing
All Pro came out to give me a free quote for two unrelated plumbing problems - one small job (broken pipe connector on my sump pump) and one large (sink hole in my back yard caused by leaking underground sewer pipe). They gave me a price quote so much better than what I expected from reading online reveiws for jobs that required digging. I hired them on the spot. Mike and Fabian were polite, thorough, and quick. They answered all of my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. I would definately reccomend them to anyone.

Hi all, this is a follow-up to my initial review regarding Flowpro plumbing., Turned out we needed under ground sewage pipe replaced. So the owner, supervisor and the two plumbers we initially met Joe and Nate was all there too ensure this job was handle throughly, timely and professionally ensuring all precautionary measures was in place with other utility companies and the village. Well 4 hrs later pipe looks great, with no compliants. Proud to say this was one of the best experiences I have had working with technicians from thumbtack, even my husband likes "Joe the plumber and Nate the brains", nicknames he calls them...rating with a highly recommend. I saw RootBusters on Thumbtack so I decided to give them a call. I contacted Phil by e-mail, He responded, I told him my problems and we set up an appointment date. He said he would notify me when he was 20 minutes away, which he did. He arrived and saw the leak under my Kitchen Sink. I also showed him that my toilet was a 1/2" above the floor. He gave me a quote for my issues and I agreed on the price. He replaced all the Chrome pipes under the kitchen sink. He raised the toilet, put it to the side and cut through the pipe from the basement. He replaced the pipe and added a new flange that was level to the floor. After completing everything he checked for leaks. Phil and his apprentice were here for 3 hours and did a FANTASTIC JOB. They did not make a big mess and cleaned the area before they left. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend Phil to anyone with a plumbing problem. Mr. Hardy
