Chris is very nice. He was very fast to setup initial appointment. He offered great pricing and flexibitlity in location. Unfortunately,it took him over week for him to communicate if he could fit me to his client load. And in my case he was unable to add me to his client load.Oct 16, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$99/ a month for unlimited training in a semi private or group training setting. $60 an hour for private personal training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with a comprehensive assessment. Each new client is sent a questionnaire and the first session is geared towards figuring out client capabilities and limitations. I work with clients to set a schedule that works for both of us. Once the schedule is set, the fun begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I strive to be the most informed personal trainer around. I am continually seeking new information and new skills that can help my clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves. I am certified through ACSM as a personal trainer, through Precision Nutrition as a Nutrition Specialist, and NASM as a Weight Loss Specialist.
