FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my programs are at least 3 months long. It takes time to build in the skills for proper form and education with training and diet. I only work one-on-one with clients so everything is personalized. One off sessions are about enough to make you sore but don’t usually create any lasting change. The goal is long term health changes that can be maintained. The goal is to eliminate the roller coaster of getting better or losing weight then regressing and having to start over again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to go over your goals, exercise history, injuries and roadblocks to accomplishing your goals. Then we work to create a program together that works with your schedule to make sure your training, nutrition and mindset work together. If your mind or nutrition are off if will always block progress. You receive cardio/strength homework for days you don’t see me as well to make sure every day we are making progress. We reassess at the beginning of every week and adjust training and nutrition as we go always aiming to optimize both of them for where you’re at in your training program.
