I started working one on one with Patrick 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I had previously taken his group fitness classes and always gotten a lot of out them. Working with him one on one has taken it to a new level. He motivates me to do things I would never do on my own. I train with Patrick 3 times a week and every workout is different, challenging, and makes me feel good about myself. I never thought I would look forward to "getting my butt kicked" :) Patrick is also a great nutrition coach. He laid out a plan for me and holds me accountable...just what I needed. We always talk about my progress and ways to improve. Investing in a personal trainer was one of the best investments I ever made. Patrick is highly motivating, personable, knowledgeable, and always brings a positive, fun attitude. I would highly recommend him.
Raven is by the far the best personal trainer I have ever met. When I first started with him, I was 250 lb and lost 25 lb within 2 months (meeting only twice a week...when I wasn't traveling for work, which by the way he was very willing to work around). His system draws from a lifetime of experience and a PhD in Kinesiology. He custom designed a specific exercise regime for my body type that was shocking effective. It is hard to describe how much progress I made. I did not expect the results I got. His insight into fat reduction and strength conditioning blew my mind. I learned more in a few sessions with Raven than I had in my entire life. Working with him, I realized how ineffective my past exercise experience was (I worked so hard for a lot fewer results). Not to suggest Raven won't push you hard (in fact, he'll push you to your limit), but it's incredible how he makes the session so fun and fast. For example, in the past, I avoided a "difficult" exercise because I was afraid of hurting myself or vomiting. With Raven's guidance, I was given the courage to go further than I ever had (without evening noticing!). When I threw up for the first time, we celebrated together! It was a rite of passage and I am very proud of testing my limits. If you want to lose fat in a sustainable way, Raven's whole body health philosophy will take you the distance. It's not a gimmick and it takes hard work, but he will get you to your desired weight and body shape faster than anyone out there. Don't sign up if you don't want to put in the work, because Raven expects your best effort. But if you are committed to his diet and exercise program and want to laugh a lot along the way, he's your guy. (And don't worry about your motivation...Rav's an expert motivator and has a way of energizing your desire to get better every day).
Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. Additionally, he has a great positive energy that helps us get in the right mindset. His educational background is a plus as he can tell you the "why" behind your needs and exercises which I greatly appreciate. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I had never been to a personal trainer before, and I can tell you at first I was terrified. However, once I met Andie she totally put me at ease and totally changed my perception on personal trainers. Andie cares about her clients and pushes you to be the best YOU possible. I'm now down 35lbs, almost to my goal weight, and have toned up all over. People I haven't seen in months have been complimenting me and asking how I was able to lose so much weight and tone up, and my answer is always Andie! Without her I'd probably be lost in some mainstream gym with no clue as to what I was doing. Andie provides you with a reasonable meal plan, which will surprisingly become your normal lifestyle, and pushes you to your maximum potential on every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and food portioning. Her system allows you to lose the inches and weight in a healthy way so that you're not starving or denying yourself of some guilty pleasures. Not only will you develop new habits, but you'll take care of yourself in a way you never thought possible. I can honestly say that working with Andie has changed my life in more ways than one and all for the better. After discussing my fitness goals, Elijah explained the general outlines of his plans and expectations. His style is simple and easy. I think most personal trainers are very knowledgable and very good at what they do. Elijah stood apart, however, from other trainers I have worked with in the past. He is particularly commendable because he is personable, genuine and fun. He also made it clear that I had to do my part as recommended by him, such as eating habits. He is also not afraid to talk about finances. I would recommend anybody to at least try a few sessions with him. You will know what I am talking about.
Tricia does an excellent job! I am only on my second week with her but I did lose 6 lbs the first week by working out with her and doing what I needed to do on my own concerning working out and what I ate. I would definitely recommend her for your personal training needs.
I enjoyed working with Chaun P. He was my personal trainer for about 3-4 months, with the goal of weight loss. The sessions included various creative exercises, thus did not get boring and not much equipment was required. He provided gentle motivation and guidance, which was perfect for me. He also offered tips on nutrition and supplements. Meeting at my condo's gym was very convenient and he gladly worked with my hectic and ever-changing schedule. Lastly, his rates were the best; quite reasonable.

After having a spinal fusion on my lower back roughly 6 months ago and undergoing several months of physical therapy at one of the larger health centers; one of my friends introduced me to GI Jane fitness. I asked Jane what she could do to help me get back into shape and strengthen my core & back. She challenged me to eat better and workout appropriately for my situation. I choose Jane to help in my rehabilitation and after working with her for a short time she has been able to get me walking several miles each week and eating healthier than I have in years. She takes her responsibility of helping/training others seriously and worked with me to tailor a specific training regime that would work for my busy schedule and time constraints. I was a little apprehensive at first, but her technique and ability to challenge me to become stronger and healthier in general has been a huge success. The one thing she told me once is, It may be tough, but I will help you get through it. That saying encapsulates everything about Jane and her abilities.

Steve is one of the best trainers. I'll tell you why from my personal experience with him & how he is such a great trainer. Steve, as my trainer, helped me in loosing 50 lbs & obtaining a 18% body fat (something that I couldn't even imagine being in my mid 30s). Steve also helped me gain more self confidence & self worth through the process which lead to a holistic, healthier, & happier me! Not only did he lead me to these great successes, I know many others he has lead to success as well. He is the best personal trainer no matter what your goals are, who you are, & what boundaries you may have. Steve joins you on your journey to becoming a better you. He is extremely motivating, inspiring, & great at keeping you accountable. He will push you to accomplish more than you could do on your own. Because he has extensive education & experience, you can feel safe letting him push you past your own boundaries in order to reach that healthier &happier you! I have to mention, I have tried so many trainers & I am highly critical of them. I would say 90% are bad, 9% are good, & 1% are excellent. Steve is one of the 1% of excellent trainers. Chris was my personal trainer for 3mos. Due to leaving town, I had to forgo my sessions. Chris packed motivation, many years of experience and industry know how and a very caring attitude that tailored the perfect workout for me. I highly recommend Chris as a personal workout trainer.
Kevin has been an amazing personal trainer. He has been extremely inspirational and motivating. He has the knowledge and experience to give me the confidence to succeed and overcome my own barriers. He doesn't command perfection, he inspires effort. Kevin has shown me several techniques to improve my exercises and reduce strain on my body. Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brentâs knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals.
