After working with Andrew for over a year, I have come to know him very well. Not only is he a great trainer, but also a great friend. He always pushes you to be the best that you can be. His workouts are always different so you never become tired of doing the same things over and over. Andrew is also very flexible and willing to work around your schedule as best as he can. Overall Andrew is the best in the Northwest!!

I have been training with Bob for nearly 5 years. The workouts are tough but he pushes me forward and is just as excited as I am when I acheive something I never thought I would. I was told not to use weights by my chiropractor due to a bad back so Bob started me out slowly using bands. It felt like I was not doing anything to increase my strength initially but as time progressed I became stronger. Eventually I graduated toward lifting light weights. I can now lift heavier weights and have not had any issues with my back going out since I have been with Bob. I will never be able to thank Bob enough for all he has done for me. You rock Bob!!!
Roy is an excellent trainer. He has the ability to evaluate what his client needs and develop a program to meet those needs. His sessions are informative and his fun personality makes the workouts enjoyable. He is always prepared and his programs are well thought out. He keep abreast of current developments and incorporated the best practices into his programs.

Working with Jordan has been an eye-opening and positive experience. He is located in Hobart, IN, and even though it is a bit of a drive for me, it is completely worth it! He is motivating, knowledgeable, and professional. Training with him lasts around 40-60 minutes, depending on the workout. He is punctual, and always so cheerful. I love the fact that while he's professional, I feel as if I am working out with a good friend. I have nothing but positive comments about Jordan. He was the best choice for me. After listening to him about diet and working out for the past 5 weeks with him, I have lost 12 pounds, have increased confidence, and have adopted a healthier lifestyle.
I would give Elaine 10 stars! Elaine was my personal trainer at Lifetime Fitness in Schaumburg, IL. She was an amazing trainer. Through her training programs, she not only challenged me physically, but she believed in me as a person. Because of her, I felt so much better physically and emotionally. She is a wonderful person inside and out and she is very passionate in what she does as it shows in her interaction with her clients. I believe that she trains her clients holistically, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally which I think is important. If I lived closer, I would definitely train with her again.
