Latest Review: Phil, knows his stuff, inside and out. He understands his client's needs and adapts his motivation to suit every individual. i haven't met another person (let alone a personal trainer), who knows more about nutrition and what it takes to get the body you want.. His coaching style is very easy to understand ... I remember he put me through a lower body and leg work out. When we were finished I said "Well I guess I can't do any cardio, legs are too sore." His response was , " Grab those boxing gloves, you don't need legs to hit the heavy bag.".... He makes you want to be a better, healthier you. I would recommend him to everyone !
