Angee is an excellent yoga and fitness instructor. I have neuropathy and balance issues. I have benefited greatly from the breathing and position techniques. I was amazed how both my mind and muscles wer e engaged. She is always positive and caring. I feel wonderful after completing a session with her!!!
Anita was my yoga instructor and she taught me for over a year. I was new to yoga and she was very patient and explained the poses very well. Also, giving history about the art and the benefits. Very pleased and punctual. I hope she continues teaching because she has a gift.
