I went out of my comfort zone when I tried Yoga with Anita Powell. I thought everyone would be watching, and I wanted to gain strength. Anita was great at explaining each pose and made sure I did it correctly. I have taken classes with her since February 2014 and have learned a lot about Yoga and myself.
