FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*We work off a retainer system for services, a signed contract spells out when work is performed, price and the scope of the project. We will estimate costs based upon the expected time to be spent on the project and the budget of the client. Rental fees are due up front for equipment side of services. *All fees are spelled out in written contract. *We do not charge for copies of reports, photos, or other documents. You already paid us for that. *There are no surprise fees and we require you to agree to a cap on the project cost that only you can release. *We are competitive in our pricing in our area, but with the demand we do not negotiate our hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to talk on the phone first and unless there is a distance issue we meet the client in person to sign a contract and get retainer in person. We don't always take a case after a call or meeting a client. We do take out of state or out of the area clients, but still arrange for a open exchange for both the client and us to "inteview" each other. You must be comfortable and have trust in your investigator. We book on a first come first serve basis and often won't take a case of we cannot give it proper attention it needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive law enforcement and military training, Especially in cellular forensics and technology. There are so many tools that can be used to provide better results for our clients and allow us to work better on their behalf. We participate in on going training and often put multiple investigators on a case at no expense if it offers new training opportunities.
