I had 6 different companies come out and give me estimates for a new roof, gutters, and to have my chimney removed. Nick was the first person to call me back and schedule an in person estimate, but he also gave me a rough estimate on what my roof would cost based on my pitch and square footage ahead of time.I had one company come out and they spent 2 hours giving me a whole pitch on why they are the best for the job, and why their products and processes made them part of the Owen's Corning Preffered list of installers. Their estimate was almost 2.5x what Nick's initial phone estimate was for, and that DIDNT INCLUDE THE GUTTERS OR CHIMNEY!I ended up looking online at all the other companies I was getting estimates from and they ALL (INCLUDING AFFORDABLE ROOFING) were Owen's Corning Preferred installers. Only ONE of FIVE of the other estimates I got was even remotely close for the same amount of work, and after discussing the differences in that quote and AR&Cs quote, Nick knocked $100 off his already lower quote, and added in all of the other things the competitor was offering, including his best available warranty. I signed the paperwork right away and waited to get on the schedule.He told me it would probably be 2 weeks until he had an opening. 2 days after signing the paperwork, he texted me to tell me that another customer needed to reschedule, and he had availability that Friday to put the roof on! I had a BBQ planned at my house on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and was now getting my new roof installed the day before!The crew showed up and dropped the dumpster trailer off in my front yard the night before install. They showed up the next morning and got to work. They removed my old roof, my chimney, replaced all the decking on my front sunroom, and had almost everything done before the sun went down that evening. It was 93+ degrees out with no shade and these dudes busted ass and the only reason they didn't get it done that day was because they ran out of sunlight.The crew showed right back up Saturday morning and had the roof done and my yard cleaned up as if nothing had happened before I even started prepping the grill and coolers for my friends showing up that afternoon.The gutters were put on a little over a week later and we're done in 2 hours.We got a decent amount of rain the last couple of days and I can say that any leaks I had previously are GONE, and the gutters work and look great! Between the house looking better and functionally working great, I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work Nick and his crew did on my house, and I will be referring anyone and everyone to them for any type of work they may need done! I plan to get the house re-sided in the next 5 years, and won't waste my time looking for anyone else but AR&C to do the work.Bonus pts for the quote being EXACTLY what I had to pay, no taxes or extra fees tacked on after the work was done.TL;DR- Their name speaks for itself and the quality of work done was better than I could have asked for. Go with Nick and his team, you won't be disappointed.

When we say best price guarantee, we mean it! Affordable isn’t only in our name, it's our mission when providing customers with quotes. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is a very easy process! Most of our customers we can order a satellite imaging report for and get them a quote within an hour or two. These quotes are very accurate.
