My search for a personal trainer was for my 17 year old son. I was looking for someone who would zero in on specific training for the sport my son is in. Michael has surpasssed our expectations of training, listening and understanding my son's needs. Hello!! My name is Rich Ford and welcome to FordFitness1! In my 8-year career, I've helped dozens of people change their lives for the better, whether losing weight, gaining muscle, or motivating clients to be their best! But first, let me share my story... I started out in fitness growing up in the Chicago area as an athlete in high school playing football and running track, and then later as a college basketball player. Although I was already lifting weights to stay conditioned for sports, it wasn't until the summer of 2000 when I really developed a passion for lifting weights through an interest in bodybuilding. I spent 3 months studying all I could on exercise, nutrition, and the body. By applying the concepts and skills I learned, I was able to go from a skinny 20-year old to adding 12 pounds of muscle by the end of summer of 2000. Since then, I've been asked by all types of people on how to change their bodies, and with my love to help others, became an A.C.E. Certified personal trainer in 2006. I've trained people of all backgrounds and fitness levels, from sports teams to child classes to semi-pro athletes, seniors, and soccer moms! In addition to Personal Training, I am a Certified Golf Conditioning and Injury Prevention Specialist, and currently finishing my studies to become a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Level 1 Crossfit Coach, and do offer services in body weight training, TRX, Kettlebell, Crossfit, and Fitness Boxing. In August of 2015, I was honored with, "#1 Personal Trainer/Boot Camp Instructor in Indianapolis" on Thumbtack's "Best of 2015" List. My prices are reasonable and I can customize a training package for your weekly schedule and budget. My knowledge and passion of all aspects of fitness has helped clients reach their goals of adding muscle, losing weight, getting ready for 'bikini season', and more! Bob is awesome. Looking for strength training, weight loss and lifestyle change. He is working in each aspect at my pace. Accountability is the best part. Twice a week we review nutrition and cardio. Then we do a strength training workout. Goal is to get off some medicines and improve health. 6 weeks in and glad I started.

This was an excellent class. I took it with my two daughters. One daughter lives on in inner city college campus. The other willing be touring Europe this summer with an orchestra. I own businesses, one of which requires me to visit around 80 Indianapolis businesses per month. Many of these businesses are not in good neighborhood and I am usually alone. I feel good about giving all three of us some information and power! Marita was an excellent teacher and always sensitive to the individual needs of each student. I appreciated the respectful attitude of our "bad guy". It is a little weird to get into a rape position but because of the instruction, we just did what we were taught and practiced how to get out. Kaleb helped me both mentally and physically. Even though I'm an Exercise Science major and trainer myself I found myself in a rut and went to him for help. I told him I wanted to prepare for the Air force and he put me through the most intense training I've ever been through. Although he pushed me harder than I've ever been pushed before he taught me a lot about myself. Through him I learned how to overcome my fears and become a better stronger person. I had a bad ankle, bad back and horrible reflexes. Both are ten times better than they were before working with him. Kaleb always goes above and beyond expectations for his clients. He pushes them to their limits but knows when they need encouragement and positive reinforcement. He was always on time and had a plan of action for each session. Unfortunately I no longer train with him due to distance, but I will definitely use what he taught me as well as contact him for advice. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a compassionate, knowledgeable and intense trainer.
It's my first time trying personal training and I have definitely got way more than I expected. Alireza is very friendly, patient and has systematic method of training.I have learned so much and I can see small positive changes happening on me. I feel I'm stronger, more positive now and look forward to see myself transformed by the end of my training.
