I believe my style of training with clients is unique because I like to keep daily track of how my clients are doing. I don't feel it is helpful to clients to only meet with them during their scheduled times and have no communication. It is important to now how their progress is coming along on a daily basis. This includes what workouts they have done in between sessions and how their diets are going. And it is important to know what is going on in their lives to relieve stress and come up with the best plan of action for them as individuals. Helping people achieve their goals is the best part of what I do. I love hearing how they can see a difference in their bodies and how their energy levels have improved. Most of my clients see this within the first two weeks of their program.(show more)

The class is taught by a woman for women. Only you can decide when, and if, to fight back during an attack, but if you don't know how to fight effectively, then you don't really have that choice. This is not your typical safety course that presents information that you already know, such as "walk with confidence" or "poke him in the eye." Those tactics may not save you, but knowing how to fight back effectively will. Ways of avoiding an attack, and preparing yourself mentally and emotionally to resist an attack are also presented. Classes are held at our site between Noblesville and Fishers, Indiana, which is just 20 minutes north of Indianapolis. A group may also schedule a private class at their suitable location. Phase one includes self-defense techniques against the nine most common sexual assault scenarios, beginning with you, pinned to the ground. Ways of avoiding an attack and preparing yourself mentally and emotionally to resist an attack are also presented. Phase two covers additional assault scenarios and techniques for escape, adds hammer and elbow strikes, and addresses the myths and realities of "acquaintance" or "date" rape. Warning signs of abusive personality types and information about "date rape drugs" are also presented. Each phase is approximately 4 hours long for $55.(show more)
Motivation and fun! I love to help my client reach a fitness goal they might have thought they couldn't, and seeing their smile makes the job so much fun for me, too! Some people dread doing the same workouts, so I create workouts that are energizing and fun so there's never bordom and your excited to get started. I take the time to sit down and really listen to my clients goals and needs. It's important to understand all aspects of my client to that I can make programs that are not only effective but fun for that hour. I also have a wide variety of equipment and training methods that I've used over the years (Kettlebells, TRX, boxing, etc.) that my clients really love and the uniqness of my training methods helps them to get results fast. I LOVE watching people improve their lives! I love seeing the smile on someone's face of accomplishment when they do 1 more rep when they thought they couldn't; when a client gives you a big hug when they brake through those last 5 pounds to reach a goal; and seeing the determination and commitment of a client day in and out when THEY decide, "I've had enough-I want to change!". I love that! I love knowing I played just a small piece in changing someone's life, and I get to do that several times weekly! Kaleb helped me both mentally and physically. Even though I'm an Exercise Science major and trainer myself I found myself in a rut and went to him for help. I told him I wanted to prepare for the Air force and he put me through the most intense training I've ever been through. Although he pushed me harder than I've ever been pushed before he taught me a lot about myself. Through him I learned how to overcome my fears and become a better stronger person. I had a bad ankle, bad back and horrible reflexes. Both are ten times better than they were before working with him. Kaleb always goes above and beyond expectations for his clients. He pushes them to their limits but knows when they need encouragement and positive reinforcement. He was always on time and had a plan of action for each session. Unfortunately I no longer train with him due to distance, but I will definitely use what he taught me as well as contact him for advice.
